No-Nonsense Coaching is part of the No-Nonsense group, together with No-Nonsense Training and No-Nonsense Management. The company was founded in 2024.<\/p>

Our goal is simple: help employees in Vietnam to do better work.We do this through:
\u2022 1-on-1 coaching for professionals: From confusion to action in 3 conversations
\u2022 Two practical tools for managers:
1. TeamScan (teamscan.vn): insights into team dynamics
2. 360Scan (360scan.vn): feedback to support manager development<\/p>

We are a small company. This means short decision lines, real responsibility, and direct contact with the founder.<\/p>

Role description<\/h2>

Your job is to get managers to start using TeamScan and 360Scan.<\/p>

You will run social media campaigns from start to finish:
\u2022 Creating content
\u2022 Running campaigns
\u2022 Managing tools
\u2022 Tracking results<\/p>

Your main KPI is conversion from visitor to paying user.
You will manage a marketing budget and decide how to use it to increase conversions.<\/p>

This role fits someone at the start of their career who has strong ideas and wants to learn fast by doing real work.<\/p>

What you will do<\/h2>

\u2022 Create and run social media campaigns on Meta, Zalo, and TikTok
\u2022 Design content that explains the value of the tools clearly and simply
\u2022 Test, adjust, and improve campaigns based on data
\u2022 Track performance and report results in a clear way
\u2022 Use paid promotion when it helps conversion<\/p>

What we are looking for<\/h2>

\u2022 Good understanding of social media platforms like Meta, Zalo, or TikTok
\u2022 Ability to create clear visual content and write short, effective copy
\u2022 Basic experience with analytics and performance tracking
\u2022 Ability to spot what works and change approach quickly
\u2022 Comfortable speaking English for internal communication with the founder (Campaign content will be in Vietnamese)
Experience or education in social media marketing is a plus. If you have a portfolio, include it with your CV.<\/p>
