2. Use of Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse our Services or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions provided.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned or licensed by CONG TY TNHH NO-NONSENSE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for any of our paid services will be clearly communicated before purchase. Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4a. Payment Terms for the No-Nonsense Team Scan

These payment terms apply to purchases of the No-Nonsense Team Scan,

All prices are listed in VND.
The purchase price is clearly stated before checkout and includes all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

4c. Payment Method

Payments are processed securely via OnePay, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
OnePay accepts major credit cards (issued in Vietnam), PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods.
Your payment information is handled in accordance with OnePay’s OnePay’s PCI DSS-compliant security standards.

4d. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to a Team Scan URL via email with a unique code.
This code grants access to the online team input form and results dashboard, valid for 7 days from first use.(so, not from purchase!) After 7 days no more input is possible, but the results remain visible for at least a year.

4e. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate delivery, all sales are final.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical failure or duplicate purchase. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing info at no-nonsense.management

4f. License and Use

The purchase includes a single-use license for one team assessment session using the generated code for a maximum of 1 team manager and 11 team members.
The results remain accessible after the code expires but cannot be reused for additional inputs.

4g. Invoice and Tax

You will receive an invoice of your purchase within 2 working days.
All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Privacy

We value your privacy. We comply with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on the Protection of Personal Data in Vietnam. We only collect the minimum personal data needed (e.g. name, email, device ID) and only share this with trusted third parties (such as OnePay and Paddle) who process your data solely for payment or delivery purposes. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONG TY TNHH NO-NONSENSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
